Plastic Ride Revisited. 7/31 - 8/1 overnight Harvard to Rockford
Are we NUTS? The weather was 96 and 94 degrees consecutively for our Plastic Ride. Rhonda & Ken Anderson, new club members, came along and Rhonda had 2 flats, one front & one back.  But it all worked out.  We stopped at Midway Village before arriving at the motel. Three or four of the group toured the Village and went through the museum.  We had a delicious supper at Thunder Bay Restaurant after a swim in the pool & sitting in the hot tub.  Because of the heat we left for our return trip at 7:00 AM. Many thanks to Ruth & Dorwin Blair for their hospitality and "parking facilities".
